On January 31 at 3:15 PM, 33-year-old Tyrell Dwane Manley Sr. and 32-year-old Leticia Velez were both found dead at Spring Hollow Apartment with multiple gunshot wounds.
The shooter was later identified as 33-year-old Tyrell Dwane Manley Sr. and the person he shot was his girlfriend, Leticia Velez, neighbors said they heard banging in the next room over as Manley walked out and shot Velez in the back multiple times then he turned the gun on himself. Police claimed the incident was a murder-suicide.
One of the neighbors heard the shots and said, “We didn’t know what it was then we heard sirens a couple minutes later’’.
There is no information about why he killed his girlfriend.
The autopsy was done at Lehigh Valley Hospital.
