A grant of around 4.2 million dollars was given to do improvements to the building to bring it up to code but they are still looking for any and all donations that people can give for them to make the building as good as possible, including the interior. The following is a list of some of the things that need to be fixed. The roof, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression systems, and interior renovations. Now once this is completed and built they are planning to offer the following programs according to YMCA Of The Roses Website.
