As a months-long war has been threatened, 50,000 pregnant women in Gaza are trapped and face danger. Not able to reach Medical help, the women and babies are in a critical situation.
On Sunday, October 15th, the U.N, health agency said that at least 130 premature babies are at “grave risk” because of a lack of fuel at Gaza Hospitals. Having no fuel at the Gaza Hospitals can leave the babies dying within a few hours.
Hospitals in the area have faced hardships due to there not being enough fuel, medications, and medical supplies including bandages. The relentless stream of wounded patients leaves hospitals scrounging for their supplies.
People are being forced to prioritize the lives of others that will live for certain.
