During the 2019 MLB off-season Manny Machado was a free agent. He was targeted heavily by the Chicago White Sox. The White Sox need someone like Machado because, he has spent a couple years in the league and he could help their young and athletic team.

  Machado had a batting average of .297 with 37 home runs and 107 runs batted in over the course of the season. He left the Baltimore Orioles and joined the Los Angeles Dodgers and went all the way to the World Series in October 2018.

  The White Sox have lots of young talent that could work well with Machado. Yoan Moncada is a young second baseman that has lots of skill and could work well with Machado.
