The people of Gaza are facing mass destruction right now as Israel is currently destroying Gaza city. Many civilians are being forced to leave the city for their own protection.
On September 16th Israelis killed more than 100 Palestinians in Gaza. At least 17 homes and residential buildings and mosques were destroyed throughout the night. These dehumanizing actions from the Israel people have been going on for many years. But recently it has gotten to a point where it’s causing immense suffering for Gaza city and for its citizens.
Many people have lost their homes due to destruction and fleeing the city. Israel’s minister has openly bragged about “Gaza burning” which shows that he very clearly doesn’t care about his actions or about the people that are getting affected by the destruction. It’s just another way to dehumanize the people and make them seem less like living people and more like animals.
Israelis often refer to Palestinians as “land without people” which basically means they are casting the religious people as a shiftless mass with no traditional political, and saying they can’t be negotiated with. This is another way of degrading the Palestinians is what they have been doing for years treating the people like they don’t have opinions or feelings so it makes it easier to hurt them. On 9/26 at least 47 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza since dawn. Among the victims 28 people were killed in Gaza city where Israel’s army has launched a ground invasion. We don’t yet have a count of people who are injured/deceased as the terrors are still going. We can only hope that this destruction stops soon.
