It stars Olivia Holt, Mason Gooding, Gigi Zumbado and Michaela Watkins.
In recent years, a serial killer who is also known as the heart eyes killer, moves to different cities to murder couples on Valentine’s Day. This year, he moved to Seattle to kill couples again. Two Detectives pick up this serial killer’s case and attempt to catch this killer.
