Thanksgiving Family Traditions

There are so many things you can do for thanksgiving like, doing a turkey trot, taking a hike with family, volunteering for food shelters, making breakfast together. People like to do all of this because it’s helpful and thankful and because people like to hangout with friends and family. People like to celebrate thanksgiving to do all kinds of things together as family, and they also get to be thankful for the ones that they have in their lives and it’s just a day to be thankful for. For food people like to have stuffing, turkey, mash potatoes, and much more. People like to pray before eating because it’s just about being thankful for one another and it’s just a good day to be happy about. There are so many activities to do like, bake cookies,cornhole, scavenger hunts, watch thanksgiving movies. People like to do these so they can have fun and enjoy hanging out with the people they are hanging out with. The real purpose of thanksgiving is a chance to appreciate the good things in life, like family and community. People also like to celebrate thanksgiving because they like to celebrate the harvest and other blessings. Thanksgiving is a big deal because it symbolizes peace’s thankfulness, and the beginning of a holiday season. Thanksgiving is a day when American families reunite, express gratitude for each other, and feel closer to one another than at any time. For dessert on Thanksgiving people like to eat pumpkin pie, cranberry pie, pecan pie, and so much more. On Thanksgiving there are probably many things that people celebrate with family that other people don’t, like watching a football game, watching the Macy’s parade, watching a Charlie Brown movie and more. And this is why people like to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families.
