People always compare the online websites, SHEIN and Temu, trying to figure out which is better but people never consider the statistics. One of the main things to look at is their quality and affordability.
It is proven that SHEIN has better quality and it is more affordable. As June Andria stated, “The latter has claimed to offer dupes and knock-off products.” Reviews have shown that Temus quality is “undoubtedly inconsistent”.
The next thing to look at is their shipping prices. Temu’s shipping is ranging from 7 to 15 days, on rare occasions, but June Andria states that “some have claimed to receive their orders within six days.” Now, SHEINs shipping is ranging from 7 to 21 days since it is made in China and there are not many warehouses. Their shipping usually is free but in some cases it can be up to $4.
Both SHEIN and Temu keep up with fashion trends, but it is shown that a lot of the products that Temu is selling are copies of SHEINs products.
Next up, are the wonderful discounts they offer. Temu has promoted discounts up to 90% to get people to use their website more. They also give out free coupons and bonus cash back rewards, and an occasional free product and gift cards. SHEIN on the other hand, is proven that it “follows a discount-driven model, offering promotions on the website daily.” The website offers discounts daily, and first time shoppers get additional discounts.
Lastly, a thing to consider when wondering which one better to shop on is their refund and return policies. Temu offers returns within 90 days of purchase and it’s free to ship it back. But SHEIN has a standard return window of 45 days, and Shally Rose states that “return shipping has to be paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error by Shein.”
Whether or not you like one website more than the other, just consider the statistics before you pick which website to shop on.
