The Arrest
Sean Combs, also known as P. Diddy was arrested Sept. 16, 2024 on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for purposes of prostitution. (Racketeering is engaging in an illegal scheme, used to describe 35 offenses including; kidnapping, murder, arson, extortion and more.) Combs, “used the business empire he controlled to sexually use and exploit women, as well as commit other acts of violence and obstruction of justice.” Combs coerced his female workers to fulfill his personal, sexual desires. Combs would use violence and intimidation to force these women to commit these sexual acts. Combs would force women to “perform” frequent days-long sexual activity that was arranged and directed by Combs and often electronically recorded without the woman’s knowledge. He would threaten to cut off or fire these women if they didn’t engage in the acts he wanted them to. Combs, “leveraged his power over victims — power he obtained through obtaining and distributing narcotics to them, exploiting his financial support to them and threatening to cut off the same, and controlling their careers.”
The Plaintiff, Casandra (Cassie) Ventura, alleges as and for her complaint against Defendant Sean Combs and his business enterprises. The truth is that Cassie was, “held down by Mr. Combs and endured over a decade of his violent behavior and disturbed demands.” In those dark times, she was trapped by Mr Combs in a cycle of “abuse, violence, and sex trafficking.”
