It’s a yearly tradition at Spring Grove high school to have a bonfire where many fun events take place including: the parade, the BonFire, the homecoming court introduction, and answering fun questions in front of peers. On October 3rd, this Thursday, the bonfire will begin. The second main attraction other than the bonfire is the abundance of food trucks that are acquired at the event.
The food trucks at the event included :Kettle corn,Funnel Cakes, French Fries, Sarah’s Creamy, Killer Eats,Milkshake, and Mac Stack. We found that the most visited place was the milkshake venu
I interviewed two people who bought from the milkshake venu and this is what they had to say.
“The milkshake has a very different taste because of the fresh ingredients they use…it’s really good.”
Another stated
“I like the vanilla one, the best out of the ones they have on the menu, in my opinion.”
On their menu they have chocolate, vanilla, and a mix of both which all cost 5 dollars. The most famous on the menu being the vanilla milkshake.
The second most famous venu, by the looks of it, is Sarah’s Creamy. Sarah’s creamy’s most famous dessert being their root beer float. So much to the point they ran out of any soda by the end of the night.
I asked someone that got the butterfinger ice cream from Sarah’s creamy and here’s what they had to say about it.
”It’s really good. It has chunks of butterfinger in it which is my favorite candy.”
I personally out of all the food trucks favor the milkshake venu. I say this because I agree with the statement that they use fresh ingredients which give a different outcome to the taste of the milkshake.
All these food trucks of course have amazing food that you should look out for when you’re coming to the bonfire.
