Since the end of the year is around the corner, I interviewed 5 students from SGAHS. I asked students questions about their year, teachers, and if they are ready for summer.
The first question I asked students was the best part of their year. I received the following answers: when the last day comes, Rita’s truck, the ice cream truck, creative writing, and band.
I then followed with what was the worst part of their year. The first day, kids getting into fights, their little brother, geometry, and being in algebra and biology.
Being in high school isn’t always easy, so I asked what the easiest part of their year was. Lunch, nights without homework, sleeping in class, ELA and ELA. The hardest part of their years was: Mrs. Kraft’s class, Keystones, avoiding their little brother, history, and biology.
I asked what class was their least favorite and received the following, 2 students saying Mrs. Kraft’s class, geometry, geometry, and biology. On a more positive note I asked what their best class was, Mrs. Metzger, US History, and three students saying English.
For their favorite teacher answers, Mrs. Altland, Mrs. Mattis, Mr. Riccio, Mrs. Drumheller, and Mr. Showalter. I asked if they were ready for summer and everyone said yes.
