The week before Easter Break at Spring Grove High School, Emersyn Toomey and Melody Moore decided to add another series to the M and Em Talks podcast. The question was “What are you doing over Easter break?”
They walked around asking students in grades 9-12 in open study and 7th period lunch. The answers they got were very similar to each other. Some were that their families would go to church, hangout with family, and go on vacation. The other ones that weren’t as common were that they will be going to stay home and enjoy the 5 day break, hangout with friends, and play video games. Which seems like video games were a given for high schoolers to be doing, right? An anonymous person said that he will be sleeping during the break and not doing anything. Overall many kids are doing many different things that they enjoy and are excited for.
