On November 3, 2023 several Spring Grove High School students went on a field trip to the Field of screams to interview people.
The Frightmare Asylum, an attraction at the Field of Screams, is known to be the scariest attraction there. The people that volunteer to scare people do not get paid, anyone can sign up.
Ashley Michelle, one of the girls that gave us a tour, said, “ I sign up for this every year because I love scaring people!”
The people that work there can touch attendees, but attendees may not touch or hit back. It was very fun to see them out of character and in character. This made the attractions less scary because we knew what they looked like underneath all of the makeup.
